BioThis is my journal, and that's what I use it as. I throw out quick stories here, poetry, book reviews, whatever I am thinking about. I am active and I respond to comments, but I tend to be a bit shy.
I am a 23 year old graduated computer science major trying to make my way in a history major's world. I am a writer by nature and a geek by trade. I am also a wiccan, in the theological sense of the word, not the "Hocus Pocus" mumbo jumbo. A lot of my writing takes on a strange perspective because of this. I am a big fan of Neal Stephenson, Neil Gaiman, Douglas Adams, Robert Heinlein, HP Lovecraft, and other authors.
I try to be brutally honest in my real life relationships. However, on this journal I mix fact and fantasy with complete abandon. This is for my own entertainment, as well as for yours. My personal life, when discussed, is as factual as I can make it. I certainly don't mind adding you if you have something you'd like to say.
The pen is mightier than the sword, but I like to think that having a sword around as a good backup plan never hurt anyone. Just saying.
